Apache not running?

Hey all. I'm having a bit of an issue with my server. I'm running Windows 8, new computer, and a 3.3.5 repack (Arcemu, of course :3)
Anyways, all the databases fun fine except for Apache. (I've run servers before, I know the basics). When I run the install service, I get this...


Installing Apache2.2 as an Service
The system cannot find the path specified.
Now we Start Apache2.2
The service name is invalid.

And when I run just plan Apache:

Uhm.. I think something is using port 80.. either change port or kill whatever is using it. I had the same issue running apache on windows, couldn't be bothered to find what uses port 80. But usually shit like teamviewer or something along those lines

Sweet, well apache runs fine now - However, trying to launch the game, I get stuck at authenticating...
