Does this server exist/is anyone making such a server?

I am looking for a progression wrath server.

I know that there are axios, but it seems the admin has gone mad, and therefore it would be nice if there was another server I could join (I know a handfull of people looking for the same too).

A server who has the following:

- Highrate leveling/instant level x - I am done leveling at x1 rates, I have done it before. (Alternatively with guild/solo migration/transfer).
- Actual working instances or a dev team that does not rush releases. I don't want a bugged raid where 8 people do OS25, that is not the feel.
- Preferably only t7 released, but Ulduar is fine too.
- Preferably no plans of implementing the icc5man instances.
- No custom items/content/funserverbullshit

The amount of players matters less - I am sure such a server can only grow in size if nobody ****s it up.

I am then of course willing to vote/advertise such a server, and I will donate for sure if tere is such a server out there.

Make your own server if you want this, doubt anyone else is interested in a server of this kind.

TauriWoW.com had these things, they now got fully working LK content, retail scripted, based on MaNGoS emulator.
Now they are working on Cata, which is 4-5 month.

Right now I am doing some maintenance as this box has been running forever without a break :P but this is a very rare occasion.
