No, not yet and not for a while most likely.

The people who are going to reverse engineer need to get a hold of the client too.

My lucky guess would be that MMO-C has a working sandbox set up in 4 days from now.

Is it just me who finds it highly hypocritical that MMO-C condone emulation & editing the game files in any shape or form, yet do it themselves? They will ban you at the mention of subject on the forums, yet post them using such methods on the homepage. 0_o

Realmlist has likely just been moved into one of the MPQ's (since that's where Blizzard AddOns etc are stored often). If it can't be edited from there, you can edit the hosts file as said above.

The hosts file lets you set a domain to point to a set IP. Change blizzard's logon address to point to your server -> done.
