Best server ideea ever

This thread is for any1 out there that is thinking of opening a private server, a real, successful one. It amazes me how no one seems to exploit this ideea: A full on, hardcore arena 3.3.5 server. Hear me out
Instant 80, free wrathful/t10/equivalent gear, cooldowns reset on duel. I know and played on all servers like this, and they all did great. Until they closed. There was 1 servers exactly like this that opened recently, endlessarenas. In 4-5 days of uptime it had an amazing 300 players online at all times population. 5 days! In 1 week they took ~500 players from abyssal-wow. Malaco(the admin) knew that his shitserver was going down so he buyed endlessarenas, but not to use it, just so he can close that server that was threatning his business.

Bottomline: Use this great server ideea, everyone is looking for this kind of servers

Name one, except abyssal-wow. Trust me, i've been searching for a good one for about 2 months now, there is none. 90% of all the "pvp servers" out there are all about lvl 255 madness and the rest are just pathetic excuses of a server. I'm talking about a real arena server.

Just have a look in there, CTRL + F and search for pvp or arena. There are plenty. None that busy because of 4.0.1 recently but there are still some.

Many people do like custom servers and Abyssal & AA are the best servers atm for pvp. Google ?

I can honestly say I've been over 10 of those servers. None stay up though since you can't progress much.

I honestly never understood why these servers are even big as it is. Interest runs out fast on those.

Yeah I actually prefer custom pvp servers.

When I say custom I mean nothing over the top only 2 or 3 sets per class which are 5% better than the best starting with 5% better than wrathful
Also with GM/Admins/Dev's that do something when Alliance to Horde ratio is too much.

That would do well. We all have different idea's on what servers will do well. Lets face it the only reason the good servers are doing well now is because they are the only servers with a good enough population to make people want to stay there.

Whats the point of an amazing pvp server if their is only 5-10 people online?

Please don't "Free Wrathful/T10/ICC25" ... Alot of people is looking for arena servers with "Fresh Starts".. Which means, you don't start with full Wrathful S8, but like Hateful Gladiator instead and then upwards
