Adding buildings ON MAPS

I need some skrypt or program to add building as market,barack,tample,..... on map is there some 3d program something like 3d max to add building manualy on map or some software PLS I NEED HELP FAST

You can spawn buildings with the .go add or .go spawn command (get ids from the Database)
or model edit the map & add buildings/repaint etc etc
