Use wowhead.com or thottbot.com, search for what you want and in the URL it gives you the ID. For example:

Cosmetic - Fire Pillar - Spell - World of Warcraft

Those vendors are not blizzlike vendors and hence we can not really help. You need to go ask the people who you got it from.
