[WIP] GM Complex - Need feedback

Hey guys, thought i'd upload some screenshots of a project ive been working on and see what you guys think. Its about 50% complete, with the other half being the 3 remaining buildings and details. Please post back with any constructive criticism, feedback, and ideas on what you may like to see. Thanks.

generally gm's are only for ticket support and stuff as such isn't really required especially as much space used (this being why gm island is so simple) it is by far better than most i have seen, but the above stands. Make places as such event filled for players = better

First off, thanks for the post. =D

Secondly, I understand by definition GM's dont really require the space, but I made this just for fun and to see if people may find a use for it. I mean if you really want to, it could even be used for RP purposes. But anyways, thanks for the constructive criticism.

I like the last place by far, if you made it by hand you put a lot of effort into it, but even so if you did use a program it's still good how you thought of the layout and merging all the different floors in a unique way, I think you only need the last place we saw and not the first two places.

GZ: Any advice on what I could add to the first two places to make them better? I originally planned to have a design looking something like:
    .......H.......
    .......|........
    T-H-C-H.....
    .......|........
    .......H........

And yes, I did it all by hand. You can tell by the few areas where I accidently deleted a floor bench after deleting the placeholder beneath it. XD One thing I still am a little iffy about is the fact that the bookcases ended up sticking down into the first floor a little.

XQzme?: The object used to create the walls is a bench. The entry ID is 126052 on LHDB. If you don't have it, just create a new gameobject entry in the gameobject_names table. (Entry ID: 2000001, Type: 7, Model ID: 1569. The rest isnt important.) There is an excellent youtube guide done by a member of MMOwned. I don't remember his username, so this is me officially giving credit, but his channel is, YouTube - Huntr91's Channel. I found the method of getting 90 degree angles particularly effective.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the comments.

Fredalbob, the 'teleport chair' was something I thought up when I made v1 of this 2 years ago. Though you saying that is tempting me to build lots of little bases all over the world that are only found through chairs. On a public server, it could result in hours of players sitting in random chairs.
