File sharing

Im hosting a server for a friend, And he wants access to ONLY the server folder to add scripts and update and such... Is there a way to allow access to only that one folder? Any programs that you would suggest? Need to get this resolved... And help would be great

Setup a SVN thats just linked to the folders you want him to have access to, he can then add/remove or updated whatevers in those folders only.
