Most populated 1.12 server

so well i did do use the search function and all i got was links to a bunch of dead projects or servers where the last postings were from august 30 (last year) -.-'

well actuallly i have my eyes on the project frozen-north.org but they are still in the process of fixing stuff (although they are damn fast on it and the devs seeme to know how to do core fixes).

well but what im searching until this project gets really started is a one that maybe is already got fixed tons of stuff and has atleast a playersbase of lets say like 50 (prefferebale on each side but i dont really care since i also dont really care which side im playing on ^^)

so well hopefully someone knows a good vanilla/classic project that would fit into these category:

atleast 50 players on each day
has rates not higher than 5x but not lower than 3x
fixed like most of the known bugs
scripted instances/bosses atleast up to t1 status.
correctly added all the 1.12 wow fomulas for stats / skills
