Why pay for a project that has 3 developers left and a leader who can not lead? Although ArcEmu is my favourat emulater, you have to face the facts at some point. Personly I'm hoping for a new branch again so that something might get done, for example that lone developer working on getting 3.1.x working at ArcEmu.
