What is you're new PROJECT!

I know allot of people are working on new things, But i know allot of us want to know whats going on since the new patch's in WoW 3.0.8-3.0.9 and a new patch that is coming out soon, So with all that being said i thought i would start a thread
about peoples projects, well not really about but more like an update thread? of some sort, So post you're projects and maybe you can even get help here

- So i will start the thread with my current project with my server.
and don't correct me on my spelling or no cookies xD

- What my team and I are doing is a Private Server OFC, But this one is different
from the rest....

- We have wiped out all NPCs in the DB, and now we are replacing them with our custom ones, So far the starting zones are about 30% complete with starting vendors ( D2 and weapons )

- We are also working on the instances we have finished 3 instances we are now trying to figure out how to change the Instance Names, To match our custom content.

- 3 Leveling Roads ( 20% Done )
- 7 Custom Cities ( 10% Done )
- 4 Malls ( 24% Done )
- 20 Event areas ( 2% Done :P )
- 3 New arenas ( 1% Done )
- Main Cities Capable ( 60% Done )
- T8 - 15 ( 6% Done )
- Upgradable Gear [ Possible to be donor stat ] ( 1% Done )
- 20 Custom mounts [ including Flying mounts ] ( 0% Done )

I will not release pics of this project yet, I will keep this updated.

- What my team and I are doing is be able to script leveling but in phases. For example from level 1-10 you have to defend your touring npc while he attempts to create a portal to the next area. Next there will be something different to do and so on. The main focus is to try and get it as balanced and bug free as we can.

- We have wiped out all NPCs in the DB, gameobjet spawns, and such, and are well.. As said above.

- Our team features people with no lives outside WoW.

Epic Project, Keep it up! Yea i thought i would make this thread because i know allot of people used to post there projects and you know, but i guess since have been having these back to back patchs, and the really big projects, its really hard to find time to post/ share you're project, so i thought i could same some people's time by making this thread and they can just post a summary of some sorts, and they maybe able to find help and also more ideas, So GOOD LUCK TO ALL!

Atm, I have no projects going on. Usually I just help some projects :P
