Anyways, here's an idea; Not trying to flame or anything, being completely honest:
Instead of making the same cookie-cutter funserver for everyone, consider making a base DB, and certain 'modules' you can add. Say, an sql that adds a mall in a certain location, another one that adds a leveling area in a different area, etc. Add all the creature proto/names to the base DB and just add/remove the spawns in the SQLs
That way, people won't have the exact same server, they'll be able to customize it with DB addons.
