I made a website with ascent cms 2.0 and it was working for a while and then all of a sudden stopped workin and when i went to view the website it sais

Unable to establish connection to MySQL
1045 : Access denied for user 'ODBC'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

can anybody help

your password/username connecting to the mysql is wrong

well it was working and then randomly just stopped working and gave me that wierd error i tried even adding a username with ODBC and it still didnt work =(

You are all wrong, if it just randomly stopped working then there are one of a few problems he's facing.
1. The date/time on your computer isn't right - double check to make sure that the day, year, month, and time are all correct. Doesn't have to be the exact second, but the rest HAS to match.
2. Make sure that the database you're trying to connect to isn't gone, or having any problems (make backups often)
3. Make sure that no tables were edited/deleted
4. Double check the security settings on your computer that you're attempting to access the site from. A lot of the time if you're site is/isn't chmodded, you'll have hell connecting on any security levels higher than medium
