If you are downloading it from NCDB it's in global format and needs to be converted. You might get lucky and have someone that posted it converted, but I haven't found one as of yet. Go to their site Next Chapter Community and check it out, they have instructions there as to how to convert it.
I dont see anywhere their about converting.
I dont understand your q lol
Im not asking how to install it since I already did. Im just asking why did they rename it . Where are creature_names/ creature_proto. And is the webinstaller needed? If yes why?
yeh i had this problem lol, kept trying and got no where so i just stayed with whyDB
It is not renamed. What you are looking at is a global format which means that you have to convert it to whatever core you are using. They have a web installer. They explain on there site.I'd explain it but it would take a while. If you register there and read the forums you'll get the idea.
To Volitle:
It's actually pretty easy once you do it the first time.
Look for instructions from GameFreak on their forums.
