PS GoingPublic Problems

I have attempted to make an Ascent Private Server and also a Mangos Private Server. I used Noobpack-711Neither had worked for me. I could never log into my realm or I couldnt get it public. I have followed guides step-by-step and I have done a private server on my older PC before so I am familiar with how to do them. I have Vista and I dont know if that is causing me to not be able to make a private server public and also Hamachi doesnt work on this PC because it cannot connect to the proxy settings or something like that. I am curious if someone could help me out somehow. Maybe by posting there already made server so all I have to do is change a few things or something or maybe do it for me if I give you the info. Please help though I would really appreciate it!
