Ok, First off
I have downloaded AC-Web Ultimate Re-Pack 7.8, Which is patched for 2.4.1 and 2.4.2.
I need it patched to 2.4.3. I have done that by going to the following link:

I have it downloaded and extracted to C:/AC Web Ultimate Repack/Ascent and Hit yes overwrite all.

Now, here is my problem, i go through Run-MySQL Run-Arcemulator Logonserver Run- Arcemulator World, here is where it goes wrong, toward the end of its process in dos, i gives me a message that says something like unable to locate msvcr80.dll, i found a link to download the dll file and currently have in my ascent folder.

NOW I HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM,
I get to arcemulator-world and in the same area where i got the last error it tells me that some file didnt run like it should with C++,

If someone could please walk-me through how to get that fixed, and then connect other's without using hamachi and how to make it to where others can create there own account from a website, that would be AMAZING!!!!

Did u delete the ascent longon and world and replace the Ac-web scripts?

Actually, i started over, I have my website working and everything, but all i need now is someone to show me how, or remote assist my computer for the .conf files.

To make your Server Public for anybody to Connect, go into your Realms.CONF File and change the very last part (The "Address" part) to:

Address="EXTERNALIP:8029"

Or whatever it is. KEEP the number after the :'s and just put your EXTERNAL IP before it. That'll make it public. That is the ONLY thing you have to do to make it Public.

And btw, if you don't have a DynDNS, get one Or you can just use your External IP as people's Realmlist.
