Wrong or bad database?

I am trying to get 2.4.3 up and running and I found I am missing some of the herbs, the mounts are still at level 40 instead of 30 and some of the GM commands are not available. I am very discouraged. Can anyone help me with this please?

Herbs/mounts - DB related; Wait for the DB team you're using to update.
GM commands are core-handled. Check the logs or the wiki of your core flavor for updated command lists.

Get a better core, Arcemu, Mangos, or w/e. Find the database that they support the most (the one they prefer) run it. Herbs and mounts needs to be changed (no doubt it hasn't been changed yet since 2.4.3). Commands, like TheSpidey says, is core related.
