Help reduce server lag!

hey guys i need help uhm. ok when ever i connect to my server its extremly laggy its fine when its just other people but when io get on my own server..it laggs...even if there r no people on once i log on it laggs like crazy. all my port r cleared up and i have no firewall on or any bloccking thingy please help me.

Are you hosting it on your computer that your playing wow on? becuz if you dont have a good enough computer( At least what i think) itll lag or be choppy becuz You dont have enough ram to hold the demand for both the wow game and the server itself. If you arent then idk what could be the problem. Is it only you that lags or is it everyone on the server that lags?
