Customize Talents

I'd like to overhaul the current WoW talents for TBC. Is there any easy way of doing this?

For example: Changing Empowered Touch in the Druid Resto tree to something that's actually useful.

Might require a patch, since that is hard coded into the game.

Thats like . . . wanting to change the fact that gnomes are the most hated race.

I think the pros here would take awhile to do this aswell.

Well, you can do it easily but in a very non elegant way.
Your spell_disable table can "redirect" one spell to another, and since talents are just spells without a time limit, you can use that table to replace the actual spell.
Thing is, without a client mod, players will still see the icon and the description of the old spell.
