Door Problems, Help!

Hi i am running a ascent 2.4.2 server (single really but i get one or 2 ppl)
and i am wanting to make a jail, i have the building, Large Bamboo Enclosure, i hav my door, a cell door that looks as if it is from a castle door as it is metal and goes up and down.
When i spawn the gate / door i want it to just stay closed or a way to open and close it only by a admin and so that the person who is in for being naughty is stuck in it until i let them out.

So, how can i do this? i think maybe .go enable .go activate might have a roll in this but i aint sure. please help out!

just stick them in a big ditch on the off-map areas lol

and to control it yourself its to .go sel then .go activate/disable
