can somebody tell me how or give me a query for getting players to start with there weapon skills at start?

Im sorry but this is why they call you lazy leeching lobies you ask for things and dont even give in return if you ask me your cheating your self buy not learning how to MAKE these rather than TAKEing these... and btw there is no way you can do it just make a skill npc.
