Starting out with Gears? Strange?! Will Rep

Alright I fixed my last problem with the npc not spawning and repped the person who actually made any sense and helped through the process.

Now comes to my next problem, I made a new character in my server and
it came with this

then made another char and it was geared in level 19 tweak gear??!
then my friend made another character and it started out ith full T3 and Sulfuras ?
Whats going on ?

You're probably using a repack with starting gear in the database

Check your Playercreateinfo_items table, if the IDs of the items you're spawning with are there, remove them.

If you open the same race/class and it gets different gear every time, it means your playeritems table contains info about items of characters that were deleted.
