    [HELP] Server problems

    Well im kinda embarrassed to ask for help with this cuz i have made like 10 servers in the past but for some reason i cant get my server public. I have forwarded all the in my router and firewall and people cant connect. Im at a loss and dont know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    did you set up a DynDNS? other than that if you did unplug your router for 10 seconds and then plug it back in and there ya go.

    ya i setup a dyndns and my website works and everything just no one can long into the server

    Did you do the host docs? And make sure your router don't have a personal firewall on it. As well please link your configurations

    once you setup a dyndns name u need to edit the hosts file in this folder

    "C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\"

    add a line to the file:
    Code:
    EXTERNAL_IP dyndns_name
    the external ip and dns name need be separated by at least 1 space
    Example:
    Code:
    70.245.234.92 example.not-real.org
    and my opinion on firewalls is to just disable them and i usually just forward all ports but you can quickly run through the configs to find them
