    Honor system and ranks, +rep if you help

    Hey I'm going to have a honor system on my server, gear for honor, but only hordes can choose to have ranks like "field marshal" and only hordes get honor when they kill alliance, if a alliance kills a horde the alliance gets no honor, so, anyone have a solution on how I can fix this? please please please post and dont just read.
