Global channel

you know like on private servers they have this global channel ally and horde can talk on and you can see it from anywhere, umm yeah how do i make one them?

He is talking about a global channel like the LFG channel but one that can be used by both horde and alliance....
This channel can be added in core i think in ChannelHandler.cpp
