MySQL problem.

Hello, I was wondering if you have two mysql's is there a way to disabled one perm.? Any help would be wonderful.

I get this when I try to open one of them

MySQL is starting with mysql\bin\my.cnf (console)
Can't start server: Bind on TCP/IP port: Invalid argument
