Depends on what you want. You can't generally price it by number of users. (when I say users, this means AVERAGE amount on at a time. The price is based upon the server specifications, and the bandwith. If I remember correctly, the average bill for Wowscape (or wowgasm not sure) based on there amount of users, is around 160k per year. Thats for like 4 servers, with high bandwith on all of them, along with tons of users.
