[Help] Item set and NPC options.

I'm using MaNGOS
1) ITEM SET:
If i make an item in item_template i see a column named itemset. Is it possible to make your own set? IF yes, please tell me how?

2) NPC OPTIONS:
I made my own NPC and if you talk to it he says something like 'Hi there $n what can i do for ya.'
How do i add options to this NPC?
'Nothing thank you.'
'Where can i find xxxx?'

Also need help with this: How do i add spells to my pet?
My pet is kil'jaeden the deceiver but i changed his model into a red water elemental.
I changed some things and now he has the spells of a mage water elemental but he cant use them.
How do i add like finger of death + b able to use it? thanks

To make your own set you gotta edit the DBCs.

you can make the set so that way you enable the .additemset command to make it easier but you cant actually have bonus spells like on all the tiers and stuff
