[Release] Sunwell Fix

I have been fixing things in sunwell here is a list of the things i have fixed

Some npcs would attack others

Vendors would give items without you needing to have the items for it

Shattered Sun Peacekeeper had red name like if you were unfriendly with them

Shattered Sun hawks would not fly in the air <-- allmost done adding the waypoints

Eldara Dawnrunner (Shattered Sun Quartermaster) gives items one it should be a vendor

I will script the bosses in the intances
