help plz!

ive been trying to get my Private server up and running without hamichi but there is one problem. ive read so man guides and at the end it tells u to go and type in ur ip in the address bar and go to that website, well i cant go anywhere. it says this website is unavalible or something. i hope some one can help me

you have to go to 168.192.0.1 i believe
then you port forward your ports there

ive looked at so many guides and ive tried lots of ips in the address bar but none will work.i dont know how to work port forward either

ok nvm i figured that out but i have another problem now. i did all the port forwards and stuff and got all that to work but when i went into the private server i put in admin and admin as the pass but it said there is no realms or cnat recieve realm list. i need help now again!
