Help with sql files.

Ey hey!

I have a question, i have a Ascent private server. It's just for fun and for my friends via hamachii when we'r not playing on live realms.
The server itself works.
My question is how i get some SQL files into my database?
I have some SQL files like "Start with T6" "Start with all class spells" and such. What i wonder is how to i get them to work? I have Navicat btw.

right click in the database world and then execute sql file from butch..

Or, open the DB, click on "Query" -> "New Query" and paste the contents of the SQL. Good luck
