Ascent etc. exes won't start

After a format my SP2 windows xp won't start ascent exes.

It'll give me this error:

This application failed to start because the application configuration was incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

What's wrong ? :P

Install .net Framework 3.5

Yea I didn't have it. Though i am having some problems since the installation crashes, but anyway this doesn't matter.
