[DoS] user nuissance

I want to just throw this out there, and see if anyone else has had this problem with a user. I currently have a issue with a user called Fake, Who is said to live in Italy, Rome. He also has been Blackmailing me into giving him what he wants on the server due to his constant DoS attacks. Just wondering is anyone else has dealt with someone like this or the same person.

Also using a cisco PIX firewall i want to know how to prevent this from happening while at the same time hosting my website, server and ventrilo.

Note: he uses a UDP scan to cause DoS.

Well my best advice would be not to submit to his demands.
Find his ISP and email / call them, report his abuse and ask for measures to be taken.

If he's using a scan then simply block all unnecessary traffic from passing through the PIX. The real trouble will start when/if he starts syn flooding your web server or logon/world server.
