Please Help

my cousin is working on his server and he wanted me to come on board and help him out, i downloaded the hamachi client and he set up my accout for me. Though he did all this and we reset hamachi and the server itself several times, everytime i try to log in it says "unable to connect" now i know that means i have no connection, well more or less assuming because im new to the Server scene, I would really appreciate the help and thank you in advance.

Are you in his hamachi network?
Is your realmlist his hamachi IP?
Did he change the ip of his server to his hamachi IP?
