How do GM/Admin rights work?

Hi there,,

This might be a stupid question, but i know how to give someone rights in ascent. I also know that AZ is admin.

But doest it work like this:?
When i give FA someone the rights BRGD that he gets B,R,G and B from the command list?

Or do u need to put GM1 there?

when you put abcde in the GM column then the account will have the abcde commands....
list of commands:

check that to know what command corresponds to what letter...
