Server Partnership/Host

Hey guys, I really wanna make a new revolutionary server, like no other. I have some really good ideas, but I need a few things. Somone who is good with a DB, somone who can host, and lastly a scripter C++/C sharp/LUA If you are one of them you will of course be AZ. This is a completely new idea.
