    [DLL]WotLK Teleport NPC

    SectorSeven's WotLK Teleport NPC
    Based off the Global NPC
    This is a basic TeleportNPC, its actually based off of Gastric's GlobalNPC with some modifications. I will continue to add locations as they are discovered and stable. You can request me to add a spot. To do this, please provide the name, coordinates, and screenshot of the area. I will be updating this daily with new versions. Also, in the picture you can only see Horde locations. This is because you can only see the teleports for your alliance.

    Sorry to hijack your thread with this post, but I feel it pertains to the topic. Understand that I appreciate your teleport npc, but I think there is a better way. **I can delete this and post in a new topic if you want to maintain your thread normally.**

    Instead of users submitting locations for you to put into your confusing [for non-coders] code, how about you use this very simple warp NPC code that anyone can edit?


    It's a working 4 level menu made in LUA. All you do is change the location name and the coordinates, keeping the brackets intact. And if you want more sublevels you can just follow the format.

    It's a much more optimized code, and 10x easier to read. Not that I don't appreciate your code, I just find this one better.

    Though it is not perfect, I was just doing it to prove a point. It should work however. If you want the fancy stuff you have to do that on your own... I don't know how. But even for me doing that was easy.

    I spent longer writing this post than the script.
    It took me about 5 minutes to change / add menu names. Then it took about 15 minutes to add the coordinates, which is also taking into effect that I have dyslexia. I am a beginner coder, and it took me 20 minutes to make your script [in a more basic form, but that's only due to my own limitations] using Oxin's UniversalTeleNPC script.

    I recommend using this script not only because it is easier to edit / read, but also because it is more optimized and runs considerably faster.

    I would say c++ script are more stable, more trusthworty then lua scripts.

    And if you are going to post that, make your own thread.

    LUA is more lightweight, and theres still some crash problems associated with the LUA WotLK Teleporter
