[Question] Hosting a server

I'm trying to host my own server w/o hamachi, i've been hosting it on Hamachi for a little while, so I'm trying to expand my player base. I've tried all the guides in the guides section and all of them seem to be skipping something, or not working. In fact, all of them mess up the logon server configs and keep it from running.

I'm either retarded or not getting the whole picture, someone needs to list all the programs, etc. that are needed to host a server, considering i've only got Navicat, SQL and the Ascent server itself.

First off the thing most guides are missing is the host.docs: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc And brb with guide.

Hmm... After rereading the guides and watching a couple videos, i've got it to connect, and i've got a site page. Unfortunately, when I try to connect it says 'Cannot connect to realmlist server'.

Ontop of that, the site doesn't work ,-,
