[Help] Realmlist Problem

Strangest thing ever happened today.

I edit my realmlist and it doesnt apply.

For example

Old realmlist

set realmlist thisisprivateserver1

New realmlist

set realmlist thisisprivateserver2

and I save it.

But when I try to log in, it directs me to private server 1.

I cant get to a different server, no matter what the realmlist is.
it always puts me to the first server.


Anyone have any clue whats wrong? =S

This is the most annoying thing. Did you use a tool that changes it for you. Heres what you do. Uninstall WoW COMPLETELY, Do regedit in a Command Promp. Delete the WoW Registry. Reinstall wow. Works like a charm. Happend to me twice its a pain, but at least you can change your realmlist.

Might be \WTF\Config.wtf it contain a line with a set realmlist

SET realmList "eu.logon.worldofwarcraft.com"

Just a thought, might not be it.

If your second realmlist doesn't work, it takes the first one.

Try to change to a blizzard server and see if it works.
