Require Rep to talk to vendor?

I want to set our mount vendors to only talk to you if your either that race or exalted with that race. So say you goto the Ram dealer. You can only buy a ram if you are either a dwarf or be exalted with Iron Forge.

You can't stop people from talking to them, but what you can do is restrict access by changing that in the....ItemExtendedCost (I'm not sure about that, but it makes sense since it's another requirement besides cash, but wait for someone smart to confirm/tell you how).

I believe you would need C++ and edit the DB a little.

You can achieve this by flagging the vendor for gossip, and making a script that will send the player the vendor list only if he has enough rep.
