[Release] OpenAscent Rev 213

Hello Everyone This is OpenAscent Rev 213 I was looking for an openascent core a few days and did not find anything on here so heres one that might be useful to some of you. its works great and has been tested.

Sorry this post is not that detailed i complied it to the latest reversion from svn://openascent.com/openascent/trunk/ and you can also view SVN Changelog for the changelog.

Just added the rest of the DLL's and DBC files and the LUA scripts are there but you don't have to use them you can use your own that match the database you wanna use, also i preconfigured the config files to localhost.

Imo, if everyone started postin individual revisions of an emulator, this would be one cluttered forum. No rep from me.

Nice effort, but yeah openascent is updated way to often to post new revisions, I checked out a revision I think like 218 earlier today, then I checked it out again tonight and its at rev 230
