About bosses' spels

Hi all. I have mangos sevrer,where i am playing with my friends..But I have one problem.. I cant make the bosses to cast spels..I am noob,and i don;t know what to do..I have looked all guides in this forum,but i haven't found any guide for that..Can anybodey tell me how to make those boses-Illidan,Kael'thas,Lady vash,Grull,Onyxaia-To cast their specific magics. ?
