ascent error

hey mmowned. i have never had a problem with my server. but now when i try to start it, it says

"bind unsuccessful on port 3724" 
"bind unsuccessful on port 8129"
then ascent and logon server closes.

it used to work and i just cant figure out how to fix this.. if anyone knows whats wrong please point me in the right direction thanks.

i have tryied without firewall and even changed ports but still the same error :P
