New to LUA, help?

Hey, sorry, i just started the basics of LUA yesterday night and learning it doesn't seem to difficult, start an action here, end an action there, can anyone link me a good guide though? That i can go back to for help if and when i mess up. Basically, i just want support for when i do hp triggers, spell timings and the change of displayID's.

Any help would be very welcome.
