[Help] Need someone to check LUA script

RegisterUnitEvent (100100, 10, "Mall_PlayerOnRange")

Now it's simple, but something is wrong and I just can't see what.

All I want is the NPC to say something when a player gets in range, which is what I should have there.

Even if someone had to talk to the NPC first before it said anything would be fine.

If this is correct then maybe my NPC's flags are wrong?

or something you had it set to have no chat type

Yeah, that's how I originally had it set up, I thought I read somewhere that "0" was say for NPC's but yeah, I changed it and still nothing. The only thing I can think of is my NPC flags are off. What should they be?

I've scripted bosses perfectly fine, it's just trying to get this NPC to say something by itself which is giving me trouble.
