locating custom files

hello i am having trouble locating custom files from repacks. I am apparently looking at the wrong place when i go to navicat and look at the creature_names table or whatever. Where are these custom items/mobs/quest/etc located? It seems to be the same for any repack i use... thanks for your time.

Okej, Your items are located in the table called "Items"
Mobs are located in Creaturenames.
Quest in Quest

Oh.. I maybe see why you can't find the items.
There are pages in each table.

Here is a pic for you there you can see where you change what page you are on.
