That would require model editing, unless you want a dagger to look like an epic sword then just change the item display id in your database.

The client now checks the item.DBC file to make sure it matches

Im using 2ds repack and I loot a tauren head that I made it looks normal and once it hits my inventory it looks like a Robe and a pvp token I made looks normal but once hits my inventory looks like a ? is that what he is saying? Cus if so I need help also..

You'll need to give players a modified Items.dbc, and the tool to load it properly.
