ok i am getting a [Allocation B] thing on my server when i does this the server hangs in lag for a very long time why is this please help thanks

Using a repack? Download a new one or compile your own core.

yes i am using someones db and core but what do i need to do to fix this alocation B stuff is there a fix for it please help and i have the core that has come with the repack please help thanks

As I said before, test another repack. Repacks are never good to usu, they can contain alot of bugs etc. Make a backup of your DB so you won't loose anything too.
