Item aura glows?

I tried searching for this, but I'm not exactly sure what you would call this. Anyways... I was in the middle of making a few custom items and weapons for my server and I saw a screenshot of someone that applied something to thier weapon so that when equipped, it made your whole character glow.
like this:

I was just curious if anyone could tell me how to apply things like that to weapons, specifically the one in that picture.

lookup ID for shadowform spell and apply it on equip of the item

I'm almost positive that the guy in the screenshot isn't in shadowform, I guess you could say I'm looking for whatever spell ID the guy in the screenshot has on and a way to apply it to weapons/items

So can you mix the glow effects? like have 2 or 3 differnt spell IDs on it?
I cant find that specific glow anywhere on wowhead, so im starting to think that they used two or three glow affects

39105 or 39103 should be it... else try some of the other glowy spells their all named Glowy (Color)

It could also be Shadow Image Visual. Same thing. Just cooler IMO
