grats pig on contributor. But luuh try to update your SQLs. Also make sure the NPC is set as "quest giver" and link your quest to it

Eh.. I have this problem too.. what did you set the flags to?

The flags are fine, I had this fixed before then my db got f***ed and after i ran a back up and it was there again

The most obvious way is to re-download whichever repack you are using. Will usually fix the problem, but also takes a long time to re-setup. So, make backups of LOGONSERVER,WORLD,REALMS. =)

Its not the core, its the db. i know that ABD has a really good blizzlike db, and i know it works

You have have an error in your tables,
check to ensure you have working quest_starter and quest_finisher tables.
